INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Mix 1 part of powder with 2 parts of developer (3, 6, 9 or 1 2%) of Hydrogen Peroxide (10, 20, 30 or 40 Volumes) in a non-metallic container. Apply to dry, unwashed hair for between 20 and 40 minutes, depending on the background to be lightened and the desired result.
Rinse with lukewarm water until the mixture is completely removed. Wash with hydrating shampoo and then apply a softening cream or balm to hydrate the hair.
